The IRDAI has come up with circular which is applicable to the four banks emerging from the mega merger exercise effected from April 01, 2020. In this circular, provisions related to surrender of Certificate of Registration, harmonisation of corporate agency arrangements, Transfer of specified persons, commission applicable to acquiring banks and so on have been discussed.
