Enhanced Compensation of Interest under Land Acquisition Act 1894

Applicability of provisions of section 145B( section 145A up to 31.03.2016) , section 56(2) clause (viii) and section 57 (iv) on interest paid to land owners under section 28 on compensation / on enhanced compensation and interest paid under section 34 on delayed payment under the Land Acquisition Act,1894 with effect from 1st April ,2010.
